They can travel with you in the aircraft cabin or checked in as checked baggage. It is important to know the necessary documentation to transport your dogs‚ cats‚ birds‚ etc.‚ and to take into account the legal regulations and conditions to be able to transport them.

To request orders‚ you must contact our reservations department in order to guarantee the service.

Charges for transporting pets per trip in cabin and hold:

Regional Line – €12.50 + VAT per Kg
Payment must be made solely and exclusively at the airport.

FOR TRANSPORT IN THE HOLD

They must be transported in a box or basket suitable for this purpose: resistant‚ safe‚ comfortable and ventilated. Please contact us when purchasing your ticket.

To be able to transport your pet in the hold‚ you must transport it in a transport box that complies with international regulations:

The maximum measurements allowed for the pet carrier are 65 cm x 83 cm x 56 cm.

Maximum weight: 14 kg.

Made of resistant and safe material and with a locking system that ensures that the animal does not escape at any time.

Comfortable according to the size of the animal and without any external or internal deterioration that could bother your pet.

With ventilation and waterproof bottom.

The number of kennels and their dimensions is limited to the type of aircraft. If you intend to fly with your pet‚ you must contact us to arrange authorization.

We warn you that the transport of these animals in the hold is not advisable due to the average temperatures practiced in this compartment (minimum 10 degrees' maximum 19 degrees) that do not respond to the average temperature desired for the well-being of the animal.

FOR TRANSPORTATION IN THE CABIN

Some pets may travel with you in the cabin with prior authorization from Fly Sevenair:

Maximum 8 Kgs weight including transport basket or transport box.

The maximum dimensions of the container are 45 cm long‚ 35 cm wide and 25 cm high‚ provided that the sum of these three dimensions does not exceed 105 cm.

The proper shipping box should be consistent with 'ventilated' with waterproof and safe bottom.

To transport birds‚ you must have resistant cages with a secure lock and prevent food and drink from spilling. Besides‚ the cage will always be covered.

You can take several animals of the same species in the same carrier if they are of small size or weight.

Your pet must travel with you without causing inconvenience to passengers traveling next to you. You must remain inside your kennel for the entire duration of the flight and your care is under your responsibility.

Animals that due to their special characteristics (bad smell‚ etc.) may be a nuisance to the rest of the passengers and crew may not be transported in the cabin.

For safety reasons‚ you cannot occupy the seats located in the rows corresponding to the emergency exits.

GUIDE DOGS

The carriage of assistance dogs must comply with the following requirements: Guide dogs‚ hearing dogs and service dogs assisting blind or visually impaired persons‚ deaf or hard of hearing‚ with reduced mobility and other disabilities:

They can travel at the owner's feet' without a transport box' and cannot occupy a passenger seat;

They must be secured on a leash;

They will not be able to move around the cabin.

If you need to transport an assistance animal‚ you must inform us through our reservations department. It is not possible to make this type of reservation online. Reservations for these services must be made up to 48 hours before the trip. Otherwise‚ we cannot guarantee your performance.

Assistance dogs are transported by Fly Sevenair at no cost and are entitled to travel inside the cabin.

CONDITIONS FOR CARRIAGE

For dogs over 3 months' in order for their transport to be guaranteed' it is mandatory:

The identification of animals with a microchip

Proof that the animal has been given the rabies vaccine (only required for dogs) by means of the health bulletin or the respective pet passport issued by a veterinarian authorised by the competent authority to ascertain the name and address of the owner;

For dogs over 8 weeks up to 12 weeks it is mandatory:

Present a certificate issued by the veterinarian authorised by the competent authority‚ which must include the identification of the keeper and the animal‚ the reason and the period during which the suspension of vaccination must be maintained.

For other animals that do not have a health bulletin:

They must present a health certificate attesting that the animal meets all the sanitary and physical conditions to be transported to its final destination. The certificate must be issued within 5 days prior to the expected date of travel

According to IATA‚ the acceptance of more than one animal in the same container will be allowed only in the hold and in the following cases and limits:

Adult animals of comparable size‚ up to 14 kg each‚ provided that they are used to cohabiting together‚ and a maximum of 2 animals per container‚ unless they are considered natural enemies;

Animals from the same litter' up to 6 months of age' and up to a maximum of 3 animals per container' and animals from the same litter over 8 weeks old can travel together' as long as they are accompanied by the mother on whom they still depend' as long as the conditions described in the Transport of Pet Animals in the Hold' and in accordance with National regulations are respected.

They must always be identified as assistance animals and have documentation proving that they have been officially trained and certified. This documentation must be presented whenever requested.
