GENERAL RATES CONDITIONS

• Ticket Validity: 1 year limited to the concession period.
• No Show Penalty: 20% of the ticket.
• Issues Desk: €6.00 + VAT Issue fee per passenger.
• Infants (0-23 months): Only 10% of the fare will be charged without the right to a seat (in applicable rates).
• Children (2-12 years old exclusive): Only 50% of the rate will be charged (in applicable rates).
• Baggage Allowance: See fare conditions.
• Excess Baggage: €12.50 + VAT and subject to availability. Change of dates: See fare conditions.
• Refund: See tariff conditions.
• Refund with fare upgrade: The fare conditions stipulated at the time of ticket purchase govern‚ meaning the ticket may only be refundable if the original fare allows it.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS

• Payment Methods: Multibanco‚ Paypal (Various Credit Cards)‚ Floating Deposit (applicable only to protocols)
• Payment Deadline: 6 hour limit for Multibanco‚ 30 minutes for Paypal after completing online booking
• PayPal Additional Fees: €3.00 per way / pax

PRICE CONDITIONS

Premium Fare: This fare allows flight changes and refunds without penalty. Baggage allowance: 20 kg per passenger (cabin + hold baggage). No-show penalty: 20% of the amount paid + VAT. Ticket validity: 1 year (limited to the concession period);

Basic Fare: This fare allows flight changes with a penalty of €25.00 + VAT per change. No refunds. Baggage allowed: 10kg of checked baggage plus cabin baggage. No-show penalty of 20% of the amount paid + VAT. Ticket validity: 1 year (limited to the concession period);

Pex Fare: This fare requires a minimum stay of 3 days at the destination (2 nights). Flight changes are permitted subject to a penalty of 50% of the fare. No-show penalty of 20% of the fare + VAT. No refunds are permitted. Baggage allowance: 10 kg (hold baggage plus cabin baggage). Ticket validity: 1 year (limited to the concession period);

Promo Fare: Allows flight changes by upgrading to the Basic fare. Noshow penalty: 20% of the amount paid + VAT. No refunds. Baggage allowance: 10 kg (check-in baggage plus cabin baggage). Ticket validity: 1 year (limited to the concession period);

Corporate Rate: Company rate‚ applicable to companies with a protocol. Allows flight changes. Noshow penalty: 20% of the amount paid + VAT. No refunds. Baggage allowance: 10 kg (hold baggage plus cabin baggage). Ticket validity: 1 year (limited to the concession period;

Discount Rate: This rate requires a minimum stay of 3 days (2 nights) at the destination. No changes allowed. No refunds allowed. Baggage allowance: 10 kg in the hold including cabin baggage. Must be purchased 15 days in advance. Ticket validity: 1 year (limited to the concession period).
