PASSENGER IDENTIFICATION

Documentation that must be presented at the check-in counters and boarding gate to confirm that your identity matches the one provided on the boarding pass.

Domestic flights: Valid passport or ID.

Children‚ including infants travelling with their parents or legal guardians‚ or children travelling alone‚ must meet these same requirements.

BAGGAGE

If you have checked baggage‚ you must go to our baggage drop desk to drop off your checked baggage.

Bag drop desks open 1 hour before and close 30 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time. You must make sure that you have delivered your checked baggage more than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight‚ otherwise you may not be able to carry your checked baggage.

CHECK-IN ONLINE

You can check in online from 48 hours and up to 1h:30 min before the scheduled departure of the flight. If you have checked baggage‚ you must go to our baggage drop desk to drop off your checked baggage. Bag drop desks open 1 hour before and close 30 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time.

BOARDING

Have your boarding pass and ID ready for verification at all times. All families with infants (under 2 years of age) and passengers with special needs will be the first to board.

We close the boarding gates 20 minutes before departure time. Please ensure you are at the boarding gate before this time.
