Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
The air fares applied refer only to transport from the airport of origin to the airport of destination from Monday to Saturday. Airfares do not include ground transportation services between airports or between airports and terminals.
Ticket validity: 1 year (limited to the period of the airline's concession).
Payment deadline: Varies according to the payment method' with a limit after booking of:
30 minutes for payment with credit cards
6 hours for MB payments
24 hours for payment at a Sevenair counter and/or 24 hours before the flight.
Additional fees:
Issuance desk (€6+VAT).

ATM No additional fee.
Flight change fee:
Premium/Corporate: you can change dates without penalty.
Basic: €25 per passenger + VAT.
Promo: Upgrade for a Basic fare
Pex: Penalty 50% of the value of the trip.
Discount/Last Minute: Not allowed
No-Show Penalty: (No-show booked flight): 20% amount paid‚ except Discount and Last Minute fare which is not allowed.
Note: VAT is added to these values at the rate in force on the Regional Line.
Child discounts‚ where any‚ may apply to children aged between two and eleven years inclusive. Unaccompanied children' must be booked through our booking service by email bookings@flysevenair.com' as there is a maximum limit of children per flight. We cannot accept children who are not self-sufficient' without the presence of an adult to accompany them. Baby discounts‚ where any‚ may apply to children under two years of age exclusive. They do not occupy a seat; They must be carried on the lap of their guardians.
As a rule‚ our airfares are non-refundable‚ except as provided in these Fare Terms and Conditions. All refunds are subject to the applicable laws' rules and regulations in the European Community Regulations including Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004). Refunds are normally made in the currency used to pay for the Booking‚ unless otherwise agreed. Credit card fees are non-refundable‚ as are fees and charges charged directly to Fly Sevenair.
Rates
The fare paid covers the cost of your transport from the airport of the place of departure to the airport of the place of destination. The fare is calculated according to our fares in effect at the time of booking for travel on the dates and routes shown on your ticket. Your fare does not include ground transport between airports or between airports and city centres. The fare may include carrier-imposed fees.
Taxes' Fees and Charges
It is your responsibility to pay all taxes‚ fees and charges imposed by a Government or any other authority or by the operator of an airport. When you purchase your ticket(s) on which most taxes and charges are separately indicated‚ you will be informed of any taxes and/or fees and/or charges not included.
From the age of 12‚ the adult rate (ADT) applies to all customers.
Children over the age of two and under twelve years (CHD) at the time of departure of flights travel by paying 70% of the fare on domestic flights with a fare at which the discount is applicable (Premium‚ Basic‚ Promo and Pex). If this minor is going to turn twelve years old before the end of the trip‚ he will have to purchase his ticket with the adult fare (ADT) for all flights.
Children who are not yet two years old (INF) at the time of flight departure and who do not occupy a seat pay 10% of the eligible fare applied to the adult (Premium‚ Basic‚ Promo and Pex). These passengers can only travel with an adult. If this baby or infant is going to be two years old before the end of the trip‚ you will have to purchase your ticket with the child fare (CHD) for all flights.
If you want a child under two years of age to travel occupying a seat‚ they will pay the rate for children under 2 to 11 years old (CHD) and must have an approved car seat for transport.

Issuance fees are related to ticket distribution. Being applied to any traveler' except infants (under 2 years old). The amount of the issuance fee depends on where you buy your ticket. According to the legislation of the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC). In the event of modification or cancellation of your ticket‚ the issuance fees will not be refunded.
IN A RETURN RESERVATION‚ IF I DON'T USE THE ONE-WAY TRIP‚ CAN I USE THE RETURN?
Regardless of the fare applied‚ if any of the purchased segments are not used‚ the remaining segments included in the same ticket will be automatically canceled.
Atm:
ATM payment must be made within 6 hours (cut-off time) after you have made your reservation‚ otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled by the system.
VISA or PayPal
Additional fee: €3 per way and pax
The PayPal or Visa payment must be made within 30 minutes (cut-off time) after the reservation is made‚ otherwise your reservation will be automatically canceled by the system.
If you do not receive the e-ticket confirmation in your email after payment‚ you should contact the Fly Sevenair reservations department.
If you do not make the payment within the indicated deadlines‚ your reservation will automatically be void.

In the case of over-the-counter payment‚ you can use:

LAW NO. 144/2015 - ARBITRATION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September 2015 transposes Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the resolution of consumer disputes and establishes the legal framework for the mechanisms for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes‚ repealing Decree-Law No. 146/99 of 4 May and No. 60/2011 of 6 May. This Law creates obligations for companies and entities that want to carry out the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes and also creates a Consumer Arbitration Network.
It also determines that the Directorate-General for Consumers is the competent authority to monitor the operation of those entities‚ establishing the principles and rules that must comply with the operation of consumer dispute resolution entities and the legal framework of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entities in Portugal.
Companies in the sector are required to inform their customers of the existence of ANAC (National Civil Aviation Authority) and its website (www.anac.pt).
