Normal use of baggage may result in scratches' marks and tears and other minor damages' and we are not responsible for them.
If you notice major damage to your baggage‚ you must report it immediately after your arrival. You may‚ however‚ complete a written statement to Customer Service' within seven (7) days of arrival.
Damage not covered by Fly Sevenair:
Damage caused by excess items in the baggage;
Damage caused to articles of a perishable or fragile nature;
Loss or damage of foot supports' pockets‚ pull straps‚ safety straps and external fasteners;
Water damage due to rain or snow.
We are not responsible for damage caused by excessive baggage‚ damage to handles‚ wheels‚ feet and bags‚ or loss of handles‚ safety straps and outer locks.
We are not responsible for any damage to your Unchecked Baggage caused or caused by your negligence.
We are not liable for loss or damage to Baggage which is not permitted under the Dangerous Goods Item or for fragile‚ valuable‚ perishable items or items not properly packed in appropriate packaging.
If your Baggage is lost for more than 24 hours on an outbound flight‚ you may spend up to a reasonable amount (maximum €30 per day per person) on essential items for a maximum of three days.
To be entitled to this refund‚ you must make a written complaint to our Customer Service department within 21 days of the respective flight. All refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipts).
Check your suitcase before leaving the airport. If it is damaged' or if you notice the items missing' please inform us immediately.
You can do this at the airport‚ 'at our counters' so that your claim can be registered and the relevant document issued.
Indemnification and Liabilities
If we are unable to find your baggage in time‚ we will be willing to compensate you as stated in the terms and conditions of our responsibility.
After 21 days' the suitcase is considered lost. In this situation you can claim a compensation from the airline that according to EU regulations

As specified in the conditions of carriage‚ Fly Sevenair Air's liability for the loss and delay of baggage is limited and the opening of the loss process requires analysis.
We are sorry for these situations and will make every effort to deliver your baggage as soon as possible or to compensate you if any baggage has arrived damaged.
