DANGEROUS GOODS

Items that may endanger the aircraft or the persons or property on board the aircraft‚ such as those specified in the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) Regulations for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods‚ including but not limited to gas cylinders‚ flammable liquids and solids‚ poisons‚ radioactive material‚ corrosives‚ firearms and explosives‚ are not accepted for carriage in the hold or in the compartment of the cabin' without Our prior express consent.

LITHIUM BATTERIES

The transport of lithium batteries is limited by their characteristics and depends on whether it is installed in the equipment or if it is to be taken as a loose piece.

Check the table to confirm if you can travel as hand baggage or must be checked!

When checking in a battery installed in a Notebook' camera' mobile phone or similar devices' turn off the battery' applications' alarms or settings that may activate the device again. Also‚ take steps to ensure that they are not activated by accident.

Smart baggage is NOT accepted as checked or carry-on baggage unless you remove the batteries and take them in the cabin with you.

The terminals of all loose batteries you carry in your hand baggage must be protected to prevent short circuits. Use the original packaging‚ protect the terminals‚ or use individual plastic bags for each battery.

SECURITY MEASURES AT AIRPORTS

European Union

Passenger Information

In view of the events that took place on 10 August 2006‚ and in order to protect all passengers against the new type of threat with liquid explosives‚ the European Union has adopted security measures that restrict the amount of liquids allowed to pass through screening points.

These security measures apply:

To all passengers at screening points at all EU airports.
Passengers are not permitted to carry liquids in their cabin baggage‚ except those contained in individual containers with a capacity not exceeding 100 ml or equivalent (100 g / 3 oz)‚ packed in a closed‚ transparent‚ resealable plastic bag with a capacity of not more than 1 litre (per passenger).

As a reference‚ the bag cannot exceed the dimensions of 19 cm X 20 cm.

Items must fit comfortably inside the bag so that it can be easily closed and allow the visualization and identification of its contents.

When requested‚ the passenger must provide or provide proof of the authenticity of the exempted liquid through taste or epidermal test.

Injectable Medications

Although no special declaration is required for the carriage of injectable medicinal products‚ the passenger is advised to bring documents with him‚ e.g. a medical statement or any other suitable document attesting to the need for LAG (liquids‚ aerosols and gels) during the journey‚ in order to facilitate and speed up the security check.

RIGHT TO REFUSE CARRIAGE

Fly Sevenair may refuse to carry any person or their Baggage for safety reasons:

If the Passenger or their baggage endangers or endangers the safety of the aircraft or the health of any person inside the aircraft;

If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the airport or on board;

If you are‚ or are strongly suspected of‚ being in possession of illegal drugs;

Whether the Passenger's physical or mental state is a danger to the Passenger‚ the aircraft or anyone on board;

If you have an illness or condition that requires a certificate from your GP or local doctor confirming your fitness to fly;

If you have used threatening‚ abusive‚ insulting‚ obscene or lascivious language towards or behaved in any of these ways towards a member of staff or crew‚ Airport Staff or a passenger;

If you make a bomb threat;

if you have committed an offence during the check-in or boarding procedures or on board the aircraft before take-off;

If you require specific assistance outside of the services offered by Fly Sevenair to persons with disabilities' Medical or Health Care If you cause damage‚ injury or threaten to cause damage or injury to other Passengers' crew members' Airport Staff;

If it is a danger or risk to yourself or other persons or property;

If you have refused to submit to a security check;

If the applicable Airfare or other fees or charges have not been paid' or the credit agreement agreed by both parties (or with the person who paid the Airfare) has not been fulfilled;

If it is not properly documented.
